A former beauty queen’s life has been cut tragically short after a shocking highway collision in Russia, leaving behind a grieving husband and a story that has stunned many. Kseniya Alexandrova, just 30 years old and newly married, succumbed to devastating injuries weeks after an elk crashed through the windshield of the couple’s car.

The accident unfolded on July 5 along the M-9 highway in Russia’s Tver Oblast. Alexandrova and her husband were driving home from Rzhev when, in an instant, everything changed.

According to reports, an elk suddenly leapt into the road and smashed through the windshield of their Porsche Panamera. The sheer force of the impact sent the animal crashing into the cabin, leaving no time for evasive action.

Her husband later described the terrifying moment in stark terms.

“From the moment it jumped out to the impact, a split second passed. I didn’t have time to do anything,” he said.
